Angelica Maria Vale Hartman is an American-Mexican actor, comedian and singer-impersonator. Her birthplace is Mexico City and raised by the comedian Raul Vale. In 1973, she's credited with launching the La Balada Ranchera (Ranchera Ballad) music genre that dominated the charts, making Angelica Maria the first Latin singer to sell 2 million copies of her music in the United States. She was introduced to Venezuelan comedian/singer Raul Vale in the year 1974. The couple got married in the month of April, 1975. It was the first marriage that was broadcast in Mexico.
